Kobe beef is from Japan, a small state named Wagyu, a town named Kobe. LOL...
This beef comes from black cattle (cows)... Well, these cows definitely spend their lives eating, sleeping and getting massaged with Japanese beer. But unfortunately, when they're "ready", they becomes delicious STEAK!!! XP
These are the beautiful kobe beef... Well, the most simple way to prepare these beautiful babes is to grill them with only salt and pepper (black pepper of course). Most Malaysians, eat it cooked of course. But with these steaks... It's best made to be medium rare.. XP
Notice the thin layer of fat in between the beef? That's what makes it special. It provides a moist and juicy texture in it... It is very much more tender than ordinary beef. XD
In America, they use these beef to make burgers. Well, since beef costs 500 USD. Those burgers are surely not cheap...
They even have an ipod made out of kobe beef.. XD
